1.
Q: How do I receive Photo and video MMS?

A: It's very simple. There are 3 simple ways:

i. @photo Method: Your friend can reply to your itim text with the word "@photo" and they will get an auto text that will ask them to reply with a pic or photo.
ii. Pic Exchange Method: You can send a pic to your friend and they can reply to the picture message with a photo too.
iii. Contacts Method: Your friend should save your @itim address (ex. johnjones@itim.me) address to their contact under your name. Once this is done, they can always send you pics or photos by choosing your contact and sending to it.

Note: Usually, after you have receive a pic or video from that friend, they should be able to simply reply to any of your texts with a pic and you will get it.

2.
Q: How do I delete a conversation from the allitim inbox?

A: it's easy. From the allitim inbox, swipe your finger across the conversation and a delete button will appear. Click it. This is different from clearing a conversation which will only clear the conversation but will not remove the conversation from the allitim inbox.

3.
Q: How do I text my friend in Europe or Asia or South America?

A: There are 2 ways:

i. Your friend has the iTim App: You can text anyone who also has the itim app for free by sending a text to their @itim nickname.
ii. Your friend has a basic Mobile Phone: If your friend does not have the itim app, they MUST text you first (at least once) before you can text them. To do this, have your friend create a new contact in their cellphone under your name and save your @itim address (your nickname @itim.me ... like john@itim.me) in the contact. After saving, they should send a text from their phone to the new contact and you will get it on your itim app.

Q: My friends are NOT getting my messages, how do I fix this?

A: It's very simple. All you have to is reinitialize. To do this, have your friend create a new contact in their cellphone under your name and save your @itim address (your nickname @itim.me ... like john@itim.me) in the contact. After saving, they should send a text from their phone to the new contact and you will get it on your itim app. After you get their text, you will now be able to text them all you want for free.

Now, when you text them, your texts will show your name (or whatever they saved in their contact for you).
